Mary’s Mini Diet – Day 9 – Final Day!

I have decided that today is the last day of my diet and I will be ending it a day early.  I haven’t had any issues with the diet other then I am really bored with it.

I weighed in with a 5 pound weight loss and my blood sugar this morning was 99.

For breakfast I had rice with rice milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, and cran-raisins.




Since I usually have breakfast about 3-4 am, I’m hungry way before lunch.  For my mid morning snack, I had some rice and salsa.




For lunch I had the leftover rice with sautéed vegetables, and some homemade sauerkraut.




We had a full day.  On Saturdays we have a group meeting with a holistic heath practitioner to talk about ways to improve our living.  We got home a bit late and I was too tired to cook, so it was leftovers again for me.  I had rice, sauerkraut, asparagus, and beets.



Tomorrow we go back to regular eating.  Stay tuned for my meal plan on Monday and I hope to have some recipes up of all the yummy things we make.
